Andrea,
Last time I worked with MS DOS Network Client many, many years ago.. I don't recall all the details now.
GUI stuff (wizards, etc.) usually does not help you much with troubleshooting network problems.
About the command I was asking for what you do on the DOS client.
Do you use net use command? Why don't you want to type a password?
Also, set "ForceGuest" value of [HKLM\SYSTEM\FBA\RegMigrate\HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa] key to "1". (at runtime or in
your Configuration under "File Sharing" component's registry section).
You may also want to post the question to a network newsgroup.

Yes, I have an application running on ms dos OS with network card NE2000
compatible. I installed ms client and I ping with XPE pc. I use tcp/ip
protocol and it work.
No, it works fine. Besides before yesterday it still worked fine on XPe!
I hope to make myself understood: In the property of "My computer" I change
name and workgroup (start wizard). Next in the folder options i enabled "Use
simple sharing ...". Then I right click on my drive, I selected tab "sharing"
and I click on "if you understood ....". Start a new wizard and it ask my
type of network, if there's a internet connection, name of pc and workgroup
etc..... Then in the "sharing" appeared two options: "Share this folder on
the network" and "allow network users to change my files". I check togheter
and then, before yersterday, it worked fine.
