RAM corruption

Error reporting said my ram is corrupted and it is unknown whether it is a
hardware or software problem.
The diagnostic procedure tells me to run "mtinst.exe" and I cannot find it.
Any ideas gurus?

If the RAM was truely 'corrupted' one would find the PC 'crashes'.

Do write down the full and exact text of any future error message.
