Raise The Function Level

I have all my DC's on Win2K3 now. If I raise the domain level will this
effect my trust to the Win2k domain. Will the trust break because it was
created when we were a NT domain?

No. No.

Functional levels are ONLY about the DCs within the domain, and
the functionality of the domain/forest.
