Is it possible to set up a RAID 1 Mirror after an OS is already installed.
The reason I ask is that we are building a computer for a customer and we
have 2 Hard Drives for a RAID. One Hard drive is bad and is making a
clicking noise constantly. I need to RMA this drive which will take a couple
days. So if I can I would like to go ahead and install the OS and all and
get it ready and then when I get the replacement drive then I could set it up
in the raid and let it copy everything over... Please respond ASAP.

depends on the RAID Controller, in general, yes, you can MIRROR drives
in the BIOS of the RAID Controller after you've already installed the OS
on the single drive. The second drives needs to be the same or larger
size.

And, just make sure you pick the correct hard drive to copy from,
otherwise you'll end up mirroring a blank hard drive
