You can defrag any RAID set on a Windows box, and it's a good idea to
defrag it once in a while based on how many additions/delete actions or
file grow/shrink actions you make per period of time.

As an example, on a busy FTP server, also a RAID-1 setup, we defrag once
a week, but on workstations we do it once a month or less often.

Thanks Leythos!
I suppose that the usual SW like diskeeper would do the job right?

You can use the built-in Windows Defrag utility or something like
Diskeeper that give better defrag options. I personally use DK on all of
our servers. We have it set to run once a week during non-peak times and
have found that it keeps the busy servers at peak performance.
