raid 1 questions

I'm trying to break the mirror and replace with another drive then
re-establish the mirror for the quorum drives on my cluster setup. I cannot
locate the option to break the mirror. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

I did note some knowledgebase articles that directed me to go disc mgt in
windows and right click on the drive that's mirrored but the miiror option is
not there nore can I see where to "break it" in serve raid manager. Any help
would be appreciated.
