Ragging out or rag out images in Word?

Hi there - I have had a query from one of our employees as to how you can
"rag out" an inserted picture in Word so that it looks like it has been torn
out of a newspaper. I have no idea how this can be done and searched high
and low for info but cannot find a thing. Can anyone point me in the right
direction please? Many thanks
 
You could use SnagIt by Techsmith. I believe they have a trial copy
available on their site.
 
Another option besides SnagIt, which I love - is to insert an AutoShape and
use the picture as fill for the AutoShape. There are a couple of likely
candidates in the Flowchart group.
