Rage Fury Video Drivers

After upgrading from ME to XP I have a blank screen after loading. I found the microsoft notice that my video card (Rage Fury Maxx) needed new drivers, downloaded them frim ATI site but they will not install. I would be grateful for any help before I replace the card

Replace the card - Rage Fury Maxx is not XP compatible. I know, I tried it.

Try doing a repair or a clean install of XP. Also did you check with
the Upgrade Advisor and what it tells you about any incompatibility
problem?
