Radio Button Fill

I am using word 2002. I can fill in the radio button in the first cell, go
to the next cell and fill in radio button, however, this deselects the fill
in the first cell. I need to be able to fill-in one button in each section.

Radio buttons are also called "Option buttons" and are generally used in
groups like this, where only one option is allowed. Usually, when you want
to be able to choose multiple items, then checkboxes are used. Also, perhaps
you're using the Control toolbox when you only need the Forms toolbar
objects?
