The 9800 was known for overheating...
The X800 runs much cooler...
I would install a fan that attached over the top of the PCI slots... I
have a 120 connected to a rheostat to control speed...it blows over
all the PCI cards... then I have an Ultra Bay Freezer that exhausts
hot air from top/front of case - Go to Tiger Direct and search Ultra
Bay Freezer... it cost about $10.00 - $15.00 and works well and is
quiet...
