Radeon 9600 SE not recognized

I have installed a Radeon 9600 SE card in my computer.
Windows XP does not recognize this card and will not
allow me to install the drivers for it. I have tried
installing the drivers off the ATI cd but it fails during
install with a "Cannot find INF file" any ideas?
