Radeon 8200se 0n Asus A7V8X-X lock ups.

Installed a ATI Diamond Stealth S80 agp board and newest drivers but it
locks up and gives errors: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Once in win32k.sys
and then in kmixer.sys. System goes to the error screen and then restarts
windows. Checked both ATI and Microsoft sights but found no solution.

Anyone else had this problem?

ASUS A7V8X-X MB
AMD 2200+XP Processor
512 MB PC2700 333Mhz mem
Win XP pro
BIOS updated to 1007
