Quiz in PP

I would like to add some quiz questions to a PP presentation (currently using
PP 2003). Is there a way to track correct answers? It would be ideal if the
results were posted at the end of the quiz, but a file to analyze later would
be acceptable. Is there a template or add-in I could download or purchase?
I would like to minimize programming time.

well as a CBT-type download that you can check out and see if you like it.
