Hi,
I've a huge problem with my quicklaunch bar.
Okay, i'm using winXP pro and my quicklaunch bar isn't saved anymore... :(
That means, i can set my icons and the Size of the quicklaunch and if i
reboot or log on again, it's away... :( the quick launch isn't enabled
anymore :( why isn't it saved anymore :( what to do? please help! thx alot!

Something to try,

After installing the icons, right click on the taskbar and select Lock
Taskbar.

RON...FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW... IT WILL RESTORE WHAT YOU ARE MISSING

Copy and paste the following lines into a Notepad file.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Save the file to your Desktop as Show Desktop.scf. Next left click on the file you just created and drag it down to the Quick Launch bar and release.

How does adding the show desktop shortcut make the quick launch save its
positions and settings? I deleted the show desktop shortcut years ago and
never had a task bar problem.
