keeping it personal and also avoid getting it blocked as spam on the
receiver's end.
I currently "copy and paste" the main email text and type in "Subject: / Re:
" every time, 20 times!
There must be an easier way! Any ideas?
In other words, I like to have a master copy and only fill in the "To:" line
and click on "Send" , 20 times. Thereby, avoiding copy and paste and filling
in the Re: field, 20 times.
Thank you.

Use a mail merge. Select the contacts in Outlook, choose Tools | Mail Merge,
and follow the prompts from there.

Thank you, I will examine that.
On the same note, I want to send to 1 other person and it could be 1-2
people a day. The same email that I sent to 20 people 3 weeks ago but now I
am sending it to 1-2 people as needs arise. If I had saved a master copy,
call it "flyer #8", I could simply open it and just fill in the "To:" line
and click on SEND.
Any suggestions?

You can save unsent messages in your Drafts folder. Then either make a copy
or just forward the draft to create a new copy. If Word is not your email
editior, you can also save such messages as .oft files to the file system.
