Quicken 2004 Premier Install Error

Received the following error at the beginning of the
install (never gets started):
1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance

I know that the this is related to the security setting
and that I need to use dcomcnfg, however, once I'm in the
component services -> Computers -> My Computer -> DCOM
Config, I don't know which setting needs to be edited.

I am running WinXP and it is current with all available
updates. Thanks for the help!!!! Talon

Hello Talon,
I'd suggest talking with Quicken. This is an install Shield error. Every
application has it's own installshield.
