I had the same problem. I ended up uninstalling it, got mad, reinstalled it
and it worked for a couple of days. Now it won't run right. I can't figure
out what is wrong.

We had a similar problem with MYOB V13, the work around was to install
it in compatibility mode, no problems since.
Try it with QB2007
