Quick One Please!!

Hello,
I have looked every for the following solution with no luck thus far-

Running Outlook 2003 connecting to an Exchange server

When a new mail is compose and the 'To' button is clicked the default
contact list displayed is Global Address List; I would like to change this
to my local Contact list;

Any inside would be greatly appreciated

Open the address book. (tools>address book)

In the address book click tools > options

In the "Show this address list first", click the drop down list and choose
your local contact list.
