Quick Launch

I have QL on the task bar, never had any problems with it. Over the last two
days I find that after boot up it is not activated, I can easily activate it
by the usual methods.

The QL folder is in the normal place, with all the shortcut icons.
IE7 is enabled and everything is up to date.
I am the only user on this machine.

Is there a solution to this?

I used the "Restore Show Desktop Icon" a VBS that runs from the downloaded .exe
