Please copy the lines to a text editor like notepad and save the file as
QLFIX.reg. Then double click the file.

After executing the saved reg file.
Please restart the system.

Please also check in the registry.
1. Go to Start -> Run
2. Type "Regedit" and click OK.
3. Navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
In the right pane under Userinit, Change the key to read:
C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe,
