Stuart,
Are you sure you tried the fix 240. Programs Aren't Minimized in the Taskbar?

Hi,
Thanks for your help on this problem of mine.
The whole Quick Launch did disappear. I tried running the couple of things
from the tips page you linked to but both were unsuccessful with a "runtime
error 70 permission denied".
Do you know what I can do to reset the quick launch or add the desktop
shortcut to it?
Thanks
Stu
Stuart,
Is the whole Quick Launch bar is missing? or some of the icons?
For the 1st case: Reset Taskbar to default state:

functionality to defaults)

Hi,
Just the other day I saw that my quick launch icons to the left of the
taskbar had disappeared.
I went to properties but it is still checked to be displayed.
I have dragged a couple of things back down there since but I don't know how
to re-instate what was there in the correct way.
How do I get the shortcut to the desktop down there again?
Please help
Stu
