Where are you looking for this "folder option"?

START | RUN | Type 'regedit' (no quotes) & press ENTER

Navigate to these two keys in turn but maybe they don't exist:, but you can
create them manually

Just you:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Everyone:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

In the right pane, change 'NoFolderOptions' (DWORD) for 1 (one) to 0 (zero)

Restart computer

Why did you reply to me? I'm not the OP and without any further information
your "solution" may not be what's required.

Folder Options dialog:
Click Start, click Run, type or paste next line and press Enter:
RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Options_RunDLL 0
