Hi,

have some questions to the inner structure of a Word 8 document.
1. If you use an AutoShape in Word 8, i.e. an arrow, a DRAWNOBJ is inserted
in the inner structure of a Word 8 document. Is it right?
2. When will a DRAWNOBJ be inserted in a structure of FLDBEGIN, FLDSEP and
FLDEND?
3. When will a PICTURE be inserted together with a DRAWNOBJ?
4. What has the user to do so that the inner structure FLDBEGIN, FLDSEP and
FLDEND will be created?
5. What does the tag SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT mean?
6. Is there any description to the tags?

Thank you very much for answering my questions.
Byebye,
Yvonne

Hi =?Utf-8?B?WXZvbm5l?=,

You really picked a very unsuitable group to ask this in. It's not only an
end-user group, but it's also not specialized in drawing objects. I can only
answer (5): \* MergeFormat means that the shape should retain formatting
applied by the user (such as size).

I believe the answer to (6) is: No.
