is it better to type password or let the program remember
the password? fore instance if a i get infect by spyware
or keylogger will they still see my password?

Hi

It is always better to type passwords and change them periodically.
Stored crypt passwords within registry can easily be transferred
and decrypted with a spyware. Spyware/trojans are more common then
keyloggers/trojans.

Most important is to follow ALL advices about security.

http://www.microsoft.com/security

and to use a REAL firewall which controls both inbound and outbound
connections such as Zonealarm, Kerio and Sygate. If a trojan,
keylogger, spyware etc tries to open a new connection you will get a
alarm.
