D Dave Peterson Nov 23, 2004 #3 Show that row (say row 1). Then click on a cell below that visible row (say B2). Now window|freeze panes. Everything above that selected cell (row 1) will be frozen and everything to the left (column A) will be frozen.

P Paulw2k Nov 23, 2004 #4 Hi, Your solution is to be found in the menu option Window>Freeze panes. Say you want to always show headings in the first row Select cell A2 then from the menu Window>Freeze panes. And that's it - top row always visible. Similarly if you want Row 1 and Column A always visible, select cell B2 and do the same. Regards Paul
