question

i don't know if anyone here can help with this but. any time i log on to my
computer this window comes up with a program called ISTsvc i do not know
where this program came from or even what it does since i have never ran the
program. and i don't know if i should delete it because it might be a needed
program file. does anyone know what ISTsvc is?

in ie tools options advanced uncheck both enable install on
demand, apply. this should help to keep some bugs out next
time.
