Question on "reply" format

Is there a way from within OE 6 to customize the "reply header"? I'm aware of
the plugins, but I would like to do it with OE alone, if that's possible. I'm
in the process of weaning myself off AOL ond so don't have a lot of experience
with Outlook.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
