I work at a retail store, and I want to know if i can tell what version of
XP a COA belongs to, IE Windows XP Home or Windows XP Home w/SP1 ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, lets try this agiain.
The system won't boot, windows is corrupted. Customer lost thier cd or didnt
bring it in.

It can be either XP Home or XP Home with Service Pack 1.
Other than booting from the disk and trying the serial number I want to know
when looking at the COA label if its possible for one of the numbers on that
to tell if its XP SP1 or non SP1
Same for pro.

There is a X08-54516 type number of these lables, they appear to be the same
is there anyhwere I can get a list of the numbers?
