Question: How can one stop MSN Messenger from loading on startup?

I have read how to do this with Yahoo Messenger but I cannot find how to do
it with MSN Messenger.

Add/remove programs,uninstall it,or in L.sub menu,windows components,
uncheck the box for msn.

Hi,
Go into MSN Messenger options and uncheck the option to load a startup or
load at Windows Logon.
