How well do the spam filters work? Have been using Popfile with another
email client but would much rather not have to use an outside spam filter.
Thanks.

It works ok but I dont know which is the part of my whitelisting with my
address book. I am flooded with all sorts of spam and the TB filter is
the only one I use. It's ok.

Who might also ask the question in the netscape.mozilla.thunderbird news
group where you get the answers from real Mozilla & TB experts.

For me very well indeed. You can set up the controls in account settings
so that
spam and rubbish go straight into the trash.

I'm not too technical, but I think there's a 'learning' process also.

Terrific program imho.

My own experience is that it's not as good as POPFILE. Even after long
periods of training.

I find it very good at not putting legitimate mail in the Junk folder,
but not as good at not putting spam in the Inbox.
