Question about windowsmail

My laptop crashed yesterday.
I want to save my emails on my laptop.
So I bought an extern harddiscreader,
but i don't know where i can find the files (inbox, sent items etc).

Help me, please!

Individual messages are stored in folders under
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders\
