Question about \windows\downloaded program files

Hello,
this seems to be restricted folder. Viewing from within Explorer
reveals some of the files but not all. Using view details, I can see
that the total of files shown is 800K or so. (right pane)
However, right clicking on the folder in the left pane and
selecting properties, the size is 26MB.

What's the correct way of viewing/clearing up this folder?
For example, mine has ItunesSetup.exe almost 20MB, which I can see
from the DIR command in the command box. I don't even have it
installed anymore.

Do you have folder options set to show hidden and system files?
