Question about SP 2's blockers

Will the popup ad blocker in the upcoming WinXP-SP 2 update work with
Google's Toolbar blockers or will it interfere or override the Toolbars
blocking ability? Thanks again guys. Dingo
 
the RC2 has no problem working with google's toolbar.Hope it will remain
the same when xpsp2 will come out officially.

In the public previews, it seems like IE's built-in blocker stops the popups
before Google's can get to it. I just turned the Google Toolbar's popup
blocker off.

Would you recommend downloading the release candidate? I've been waiting
for this service pack for ages! Any ideas of release date?

I would never put Beta software on anything except a test machine.
Putting it into use on your regular home or production boxes is a
recipe for disaster.

Not at this point, and not on a production box (unless you fully understand
the risks involved and keep good backups). SP2 is very close to release, so
installing an RC build at this point would be more hassle than anything
else.

And I shall continue to wait until enough people have downloaded it and have
not had any problems with it.
