I decide to upgrade my Office2000 to Office2003 ,but I care about my MSOutlook.

Do I have to delete my old mail?

Does the upgrade delete/change my contact lists and/or my mails in the inbox?
Or if the upgrade dooms my business by destroying all of the info I used
before?

It shouldn't.

Upgrading should preserve all your old items and settings. However, to be
safe, make a backup first. See
