question about NoXPSP2Update

Dear all:

For prevent users download and install sp2, I've read the document on this
website:

But one thing that I didn't understant is that:
After 120 days, will all computer in domain start install sp2? no matter I
enable or disable "NoXPSP2Update" option?

That is correct, after 120 days it will be downloaded.
Of course, if you turn of automatic updates it won't do it.

First, the reg value only stops Windows Update from offering
the SP 2 install, and that for only 120 from release of SP 2.

They can still download and install SP 2 however, they just
cannot do it from Windows Update or their Sus server (if any)
