I have a OEM windows XP pro installed on my computer, unfortunatly, this
computer was lost by the post office, all the product keys which attached on
the computer tower are gone and I just miss the chance to record them, can I
still install the system with my old disk on a new system cuz I don't want to
waste money on a new windows xp.

No. An OEM version of Windows XP cannot be installed
on a different computer since its license is forever tied to
the very first computer it was installed and activated on.
Therefore, your OEM license is no longer valid.

Without the product keys, the installation won't complete. It's as simple as
that. And...if it was a bios-locked oem version, the software isn't going to
install on another computer, so even with the keys, it wouldn't have worked.

If you're filing an insurance claim, you need to claim the software as well
as the computer.
