A few days ago, I was shown how to insert a cross-
reference from a first page to subsequent pages of a form.
My question is this: If said form expands to two pages or
more, can a reference in the last table row of that form be
inserted into the footers of the previous pages without
being inserted into the footer if the form did not expand?

Hi Susan

Yes. Look up the details of the IF field. You can use that to test whether
{NUMPAGES} (total pages in the document), or your cross reference, is 1, and
include the cross reference only if not 1.

Wow! That worked great!
