question about File & Settings xfer wizard

I am moving to a new pc and have used the File & Settings Transfer Wizard
before. However, and I have looked through the archives, I cant find where
it says Outlook files as I wanted to xfer my emails. I use Outlook 2003,
which is also on the new pc, and all I can find in the wizard list is
Outlook Express.

Should I be transferring these emails by using the Outlook 2003 export
function?

Yes. Use the Export function from within Outlook and save as a .pst
file. Then you can copy that .pst file to your new computer and use the
Import function from within the new Outlook.
