Question about FAX_JOB_ENTRY fields

What are the uses of the fields BillingCode, SenderDept and
SenderCompany? Are they only used for logging purposes?

Thanks in advance.
 
It is up to you to set them. Might be handy for some reporting needs. Think
of them as custom fields - they can be used for whatever you put there
