Question about DVD burning software

Is there any freeware DVD buring software that does not truncate long
filenames? I currently used CDBurner XPPro 3.1.16. I need to back up a
collection of MP3s and don't want to have to guess about the folder
name or the file name.

from the CDburnerXP help file:

Q: What is the difference between ISO Level 1, ISO Level 2 and Joliet?
A: This are different file system standards for burning CDs, they differ
from each other for example in the allowed lengh of filenames. Detailed
