Question about comments

I have a user that would like to change the color of the blinking text icon
inside of a comment box. It shows up light blue, and is hard to see against
the background. We are currently using Excel 97.

If anyone has any ideas, they would be appreciated.

Comment box defaults are governed by Windows settings.

Start > settings > Control Panel > Display > Appearance Tab > Advanced.

Select Tooltip from Item dropdown. Change to suit.

NOTE: this setting affects all your programs.
