Hi

Can anybody shed any light on this. I have written a query in access 2000,
that accesses a SQL6.5 database. The query runs OK, and it tells me I have
503 entrys. If I select the date feild though, and ask access to put them in
date order, I then get only 430 entrys!!!! Where have the other entrys gone.
This also happens with the other fields if I ask it to put them in order.

Many thanks

Chris

Please post the SQL view of the query. It sounds like you're doing
something other than just a Sort.
