Query with 2 combo boxes

Can someone point me to a tutorial of perhaps proved some guidance
I am trying to help a user who has designed a Form with two combo boxes and
and OK button
She wants to select only the rows that match the two combo box choices

She tried to record a macroo assigned to the OK button but it does not work

Is there an easier way?
