Query Table

I've noticed that data entered in some fields on my form
are not in the query table for that form. How do I solve
this. Thanks

By constructing the form and the query correctly.

If you would like help doing so, please post enough information about
the form and the query that someone might have a chance to give
assistance. The SQL view of the query would be useful, for instance!
