Query Prompt

Hi,

I have asked this question before in that i have a prompt for the user to
enter a company name.That worked well but when i went to data sheet view and
i clicked the column for date, i hit accending so all dates would be in
order.Now, when i run query, i have a double prompt for company name.What
could cause this???
 
Try opening the query in Datasheet view and then removing the sort order. That
will probably take care of the problem. Do the sorting in the query itself.
