Query Like Date()

I have a text field (I know, I know) with a name and a date in it. For
example, "Bob Smith 5/15/2006", assuming today is 5/15/2006. How do I query
"Today" out of such a field? I tried placing Like "*Date()" in the criteria
of my query. Any help?

Like "*" & Format(Date(), "m/d/yyyy")

....should work.
