I have an access 2007 db with information on a number of sites. Most of the information for each site is singular, but there are a few items of data that have several entries for each site, i.e. owners, parcels, permits, etc. If I do a query for information on a particular site with 4 parcels and 2 owners, it turns up with 8 records. I can sort the records, but when there are more pluralities it gets confusing. I'm trying to get the information sorted so I can export it into a word document. Once I get this worked out, I'd ultimately like to be able to produce a report with multiple sites and all their information.
