query for the Avast fundi's

Does anyone know which files constitute the avast AV
definitions and/or updates. I have two machines at home
and would like to avoid updating via the internet twice.....
.....each time. It would be easier to just transfer the new
update files from one machine to the other.

Looks like the contents of the Data file, especially 400.vps.
