Query error message - Record is deleted

Hello there.
I have some queries set up that requires the user to enter
a specific association number followed by a start and end
date range. Today I went to generate a report based on
the query and received the message "Record is deleted"
with an "OK" click box below. I also ran the query
directly and received the same message. Finally I removed
all the criteria and briefly on the screen appeared all
records in the table then the "record is deleted" message
appeared and all fields changed to "Name?".

Has anyone experienced this type of error and what can I
do to fix the problem. The database is created in Access
2000 and currently on our LAN being accessed by
approximately 12 individuals.

This sounds like a corrupted index, or possibly a corrupted table.

Thank you Allen you were correct and the information on
the site worked. I will also split my database to help
prevent this in the future.
