Query does not show all

I have a query that shows all employeeID that match a linked table. The query
works great but I also need to see from the same query those IDs' that do not
match with a statment showing the EmployeeId and a statment like "Unknow
Employee ID" I am not sure what other information is needed. Thank you in
advance.
 
Double-click the line joining the 2 tables in the upper pane of the query
design window. Access gives you are dialog offering 3 choices.
